Hey, my neck has been hurting for nearly 4 weeks. my glands under my chin have been sore too, could the sore glands be related to my neck? any advice?

Yes, could be. Best: both study neck, salivary & lymph node anatomy online & seek help worthy of your trust to help sort out if soreness is salivary glands vs. lymph nodes infection (viral vs. bacterial) or (very unlikely) cancer (rarely soar/pain until late/advanced). Neck pain: Glands under the chin can not entirely ruled out from the neck problem. If we know the reason for the neck pain we would know whether the dots could be connected or not
