Reverse?: I am guessing you are asking if hypnosis can help motivate you to work out. (correct me if I am wrong!). Hypnosis can help some people get into the habit of exercising regularly, which can then take on a life of its own--to your benefit.

Not sure what u mean: Hypnosis involves a heightened state of focus and concentration along with post-hypnotic suggestion to affect change. I am not sure specifically what you mean by working out and hypnosis. I do know that the sense of hyper-focus sometimes called 'flow' is a lot like a trance state.
