A member asked:

Chest discomfort and nausea feel while brisk walking and racing heartbeats of 120-130. ecg, echo, holter and tmt came normal. why is this ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Angina: These symptoms brought on by brisk walking suggest some difficulty with blood flow through the coronary circulation. Were the symptoms reproduced during treadmill stress testing? Spasm or difficulty extracting oxygen at the coronary endothelial(lining) level may be the problem. With negative tests your prognosis is good though. Your cardiologist is best qualified to advise you.
