Palpitations SOB: May be ectopic beats versus postural tachycardia , versus asthma or lung issue versus GERD with or without H pylori. Check thyroid. h pylori, PFTs for asthma, EKG/Holter ,orthostatic vital signs f/u /w/doc this week

Symptoms : See a doctor for evaluation. Anxiety alone could do it but hormonal and other problems could be in play also
