Possibly not: B"sd T4 14 suggests to me a total T4 was done. This test is affected by hormone binding and therefore high levels may in fact correspond to normal free T4. I pressume the T3 (liothyronine) then was the T3 (liothyronine) resin uptake, a historical test in much of the world, which measures thyroid hormone binding and therefore provides a correction for total T4. The product T4 X T3 (liothyronine)RU then is an estimate of the free T4.
