Unrelated: I suspect that you are developing a viral upper respiratory tract infection which is starting in your throat and early nasal congestion is blocking your eustachian tube causing ear blockage symptoms. The viral infection is causing aches and is unrelated to your gerd.

So I had a guess a cold (stuffy nose and ear pain and sore throat) it went away and then a day later the throat came back. Its scratchy and when I lay down I have I think a post nasal drip. I also have indigestion (burping a lot) whats the problem?
