I think so...: Only once during the time you reported did your period come exactly 28 days later (in September), but on the other hand you had a period nearly every month ranging from 1 day late to 15 days late. So they are regular, but not perfectly so. I believe it is accepted that a cycle length varying between 2 and 20 days can be considered regular. But you certainly can't predict ovulation from them!
