Need more info: The MRI descriptions sounds like degenerative changes of cervical spine that are very common findings as we get older. It can cause pain but I need to know where that pain is. It can cause tingling as well but also need location of tingling. It can also cause dizziness and head pressure. These can all come from degenerated cervical spine.
