Mri shows mild compression of nerve roots at c5/c6, c6/c7. 70% improvement after 4 weeks physio. normal to feel tingling on right hand at this stage?

Never normal but yes: I am sorry to hear of your problem as that may indicate ongoing pressure on the cervical nerve root as it exits the foramen. Physiotherapy is appropriate but if the symptoms persist then it would be wise to seek medical advice.
