Can i use saline solution to rinse out my daughters eyes?

Depends: Saline solution comes in a variety of strengths. Isotonic saline is a solution used in the office to wash out wounds and could be used for eyes.Other formulations may be to dilute or strong and be irritating.Simple eye wash/eye drops are available over the counter at most dollar stores.I would suggest these as a predictable and safe eye irrigant.
