10-12 hours: As the drug is a combo of 3 meds: aspirin (probably unsafe with breast feeding), phenylepherine (safety profile unkown with breastfeeding) and chloepheneramine (possibly safe). The first two can stay in the system for about 10-12 hours, the latter stays longer, may be a day, but not totally contraindicated during breastfeeding, and after 12 hours wouldn't be as concentrated in the system, good luck
