Clomid (clomiphene) if it works: B"sd there is no explicit research, but since clomid (clomiphene) restores normal testicular production of testosterone and may restore the normal testosterone production mechanism, I much prefer it. Testosterone administration will futher suppress any pituitary function and make it less likely that normal function will ever be restored. However, with testicular damage, testosterone is the only treatment.
