No risk: HIV is virtually 100% prevented by correct and consistent condom use for vaginal or anal sex. Contrary to popular beliefs, hepatitis C isn't sexually transmitted at all, except in gay men through traumatic (potentially bloody) rectal sexual practices. Heterosexual partners of persons with HCV are at no increased risk at all. Thus, little or no risk even without condoms, zero risk with them.
