Musculoskeletal pain: Sounds like you might be suffering from musculoskeletal pain on the right side of your chest. This occurs with straining activities like working out. Usually the pain is reproducible when pressing against the area. It should resolve on its own with time, OTC analgesics. If worsens or persists see primary doctor.
