Likely normal: Splenomegaly is a term which refers to enlargement of the spleen. The normal adult splenic length upper limit is usually around 12-15 cm. If all your blood tests and physical exam are normal you should be fine.

Is hematologist consult needed for mildly enlarged spleen 13cm on CT? My GI doc said no, it's at upper limit of nml- but it has to say it on report.
