I assume: the dimensions are mm? There is not enough information to be specific, but in general, the majority of incidental splenic lesions represent benign lesions such as cysts/pseudocysts and hemangiomas. However, certain imaging appearances—such as ill-defined lesion borders, and presence of solid, contrast-enhancing components, are more worrisome. Check with your doctor.
