Tried new body wash ~2-3 days ago but haven't used since. yesterday & today red spots itchy rash on parts of body i used the wash. could it be that?

Yes: It is possible to be allergic to chemicals in a soap or detergent. If the areas of the itchy spots match the areas you washed, then it is likely. Treatment is to avoid re-exposure. A hydrocortison skin cream (OTC) can help, or if it's worse, see your doctor for a stronger prescription.
