Stomach pain: you may have an ulcer or stomach infection. Prednisone sometimes precipitates a stomach ulcer. You need medical care now. Meanwhile take antacids like Tums and over the counter acid blockers like Pepcid (famotidine) to relieve pain caused by stomach acids. Get medical attention as soon as you are able to do so.
