I'm in a panic because i can feel a very tiny movable subclavicular lymph node in my thin 5 year old? is it leukemia?

Not by itself: Subclavicular nodes are an abnormal finding that needs further evaluation to decide why it is there. Rather than jum to conclusions go have your child exsmined by your pediatrician and go from there. A single dusgnostic finding is by no means a diagnosis
