No: In general for an adult patient without liver disease or dysfunction the maximum Tylenol (acetaminophen) per day is < 4g/day (<4000mg/day). All sources of Tylenol should be considered. The extra 50mg dose of benadryl (diphenhydramine) may have other side effects like drowsiness, difficulty urinating. Taking this much Tylenol PM is not advised and should not be taken with alcohol.
