Many possibilities: Some things include appendicitis, diverticulitis, ovarian cyst or tumor, fallopian tube infection, urinary bladder infection, kidney stones passing into the ureter or bladder, constipation, irritable bowel, pregnancy, etc. If it is severe then need to see a doctor for an examination asap.
