Abdominal pain: You need to be examined by a physician in view of the severe, persistent abdominal pain with apparent associated distension of the abdomen. The cause could be intestinal or pelvic. Go to the hospital emergency room tonight and get examined.

Need to see a doctor: I agree you need to be examined. Is there any chance you could be pregnant? If there is you need to get to the emergency room right away. Some other things that make us worry more about abdominal pain are fevers and poor appetite, but any severe pain should be examined.
