I've been having severe lower abdominal pain and i'm swollen inside never had this before ?

Need to see a doctor: I agree you need to be examined. Is there any chance you could be pregnant? If there is you need to get to the emergency room right away. Some other things that make us worry more about abdominal pain are fevers and poor appetite, but any severe pain should be examined.
