Are triptans still safe if i don't get headaches with my migraines? i get cognitive, vision, and balance problems, numbness, and sometimes paralysis.

Triptan medications: should be avoided with complicated migraine or acephalgic variants. I recommend anticonvulsants / magnesium and a good neuro work up.
