Visit your MD please: You need a full exam by a physician who can examine you and perform an EKG which is a noninvasive test that looks at the electrical conduction in your heart to make sure the pacemaker and electric pathways are functioning properly. Your doctor can also refer you to a Cardiologist who can have you wear a holter monitor to watch the rate and rhythm of your heart over a period of time. Good luck.
