What could be wrong if my left leg went numb for a minute, 5 hours later i have chest pain below my heart?

Still numb?: If your leg is still numb, go to an er now. But you say it was only for a minute? That's too short a time to be significant. It's probably nothing. I can't relate it to "a pain below my heart".
