A member asked:

How would a disabled person living and sleeping in a small room affect him?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Circadian problem: Often disabled people physically have difficulty being exposed to adequate amounts of light, particularly natural light. So they often lose the strong rhythm to sleep at night and stay awake during the day. They start sleeping a lot in the day off and on and being awake off and on at night. This disrupts typically deep sleep patterns.
