See your MD: You need a careful history, full exam, imaging and to be followed very closely. Eclampsia can occur in the postpartum period. How's your blood pressure? Any symptoms? Did you have HELLP syndrome diagnosed? Elevated liver enzymes can be caused by several other mechanisms including hepatic vein occ. I would recommend prompt MD visit if you are experiencing pain r/o cholecystitis etc. Good luck.
