Not enough info: Unprotected sex can always lead to pregnancy. The Postinor can cause nausea/vomiting, as can pregnancy. Have you missed your period? If yes, then you need to take a home pregnancy test. If you haven't missed your period yet, wait and see if you get it or not and take a test if you don't. If the test is negative but you still have N/V, see your doctor.
