Losing 12 pounds in: two weeks is too fast. What preceded the loss of appetite? Anxiety will decrease appetite in some, but so will depression and numerous physical ailments, which should be checked out by your MD. Your symptoms are salient but the potential cause(s) are myriad, and need further exploration before a treatment will become clear.

Just do it!: It is hard to do sometimes when anxiety makes food looks and feels terrible. Increasing exercise can stimulate appetite and decrease anxiety. Eat anything but try and stay high protein and calories to maintain healthy body weight. Simple, fast foods like granola bars and nuts are good and easy. Seek therapy for anxiety. 12 lbs is too much too fast!
