Prilosec should: always be taken first in the day, 30 minutes before the first meal and preferably by itself. You may take the Miralax (polyethylene glycol) anytime, but Ibuprofen and colchicine are hard on the stomach (read: makes heartburn worse) and should be taken after meals. I would say 30 minutes after a meal. Hope this helps.
