Usually ok to do: Miralax (polyethylene glycol) is a laxative, and ibuprofen is to relieve pain or inflammation. Some people use both medications. If worried about pooping too soon after taking ibuprofen, one can take the ibuprofen first and then the Miralax (polyethylene glycol) an hour later.
