If i take miralax (polyethylene glycol) to stay regular will i have at least 2 poops everyday? having only one bothers me, i always feel bloated. i prefer to take 2 or 3

Stop taking medicine: Change your diet. High fiber helps. Vitamin c helps. Drink more water.
