4 yr old diagnosed with calcification on teeth -crowns were recommended under anesthesia. is this really necessary for a 4 year old. need 2nd opinion?

Yes/no: Very valid position for a concerned parent.. As a parent myself calcification on teeth to me only shows risk but if the child has other decay issues in the mouth then the risk on those teeth with calcification becomes more of a risk and crowns may be indicated. The main issues are age, risk and where the problems are with age being the major issue
