I recently had oral sex with my girlfriend who recently was diagnosed with bv. should i be tested? thanks

No risk, no worries: BV is not apparently sexually transmitted to men, and treating the male partners of women with BV makes no difference in whether their BV clears up or returns. And if there is any risk at all, it's from vaginal intercourse, not oral sex. (You don't say whether she performed oral on you or vice versa. But as already implied, this doesn't make any difference.)
