Maybe virtual appts.: Clinics may be overwhelmed, and some may not even be open, during major disasters. Call to see if local medical clinics are open and if emergency services are functioning again. Use a non-emergency number to do this, as 911 operators will be busy with emergent matters. However, call 911 if you have an emergency medical situation.

Emergency personnel: You will need to work with your local emergency personnel, follow the good advice that's given, seek shelter if you need to, make sure you have medications available.

Wit to Worried: It is not healthful to worry about things which are not a problem at the moment or in the near future. When needed, help is available from multiple sources. For now, just relax and get busy with your Present life!
