Pregnancy: Ringing in the ear may be from some medication or some ear problems itself, many time no cause could be found. During pregnancy the blood volume is increased and hyperdynamic circulation results, some times you may feel it, nothing to worry. Numbness and tingling may be from carpal tunnel syndrome, kind of nerve compression at the wrist level again common during pregannacy
