Chlamydia: If you tested positive for Chlamydia AND you had symptoms, then you really had it. Hope the treatment worked. If your partner said she was negative - I wonder if that was really true, because you must have caught the disease from another person. Not all the pieces of the story seem to be here - there must be another piece of the puzzle. Honest and open communication with your partner is needed.
