Orthorexia is a: problem, thus it has a diagnostic name. An obsession w/healthy food can develop into full blown Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. When your food choices cause difficulty in functioning or comfort level that is a red flag that you have crossed over into something unhealthy, the very thing you were trying to avoid. A nutritionist can be a good person to see, someone to be accountable to.Peace&health
