Vaginal bleeding: If you are pregnant this can be the sign of a spontaneous abortion, or even an ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy somewhere outside the uterus) - otherwise it isn't unusual for a menstrual period. A home pregnancy test will tell you if you are pregnant, and if so please talk with your gynecologist right away.
