See a doctor: In order to be sure that you and your pregnancy are okay, been seen by a doctor. Whatever is happening, you'll be able to correct problems that can be corrected and repair whatever damage may have been done. It will benefit your future efforts if you have lost this pregnancy and will help keep you as healthy as possible. Best wishes.
