Very risky: Your symptoms probably would take longer to clear up, maybe a lot longer (a few weeks), and you would be taking a significant risk of serious complications, including a small risk of death. These risks are far higher than the chance of a serious side effect from antibiotics. Take the treatment and do not consider stopping early without first discussing with the doctor treating you.
