Watch for symptoms: If she has no symptoms and she is feeling fine you probably will not get the pneumonia. If she is still ill and coughing there is a chance despite the antibiotics that you will get it whether you kiss her or she breathes on you. The antibiotic may need some but there still is a chance of catching it

Measuring risk: It sounds like ur girlfriend took the prescribed treatment -which means there's a good chance the germs are 'gone' IF they were bacterial germs to begin with. "Walking pneumonia" is generally mild (hence patient can still walk around) but it could have been caused by a virus -for which antibiotics will have no use at all. If she is really sick-ur risks are higher. If recovering, ur likely OK.
