Obstruct SLEEP APNEA: He appears to have obstructive sleep apnea. This is where the airway is blocked when he sleeps. This leads to decreased oxygen in the blood and the tissues and a rise in CO2 which causes headache and in the long term early dementia, difficulty losing weight, and elevated blood pressure. It can also lead to heart disease. This is a serious condition. Needs sleep study and see lung MD.
