Low: Vicodin (hydrocodone) is a narcotoc (opioid) which can cause constipation, nausea, impaired memory, and hypersensitivity to pain with long-term use. It has also been associated with hearing loss. The tylenol (acetaminophen) (acetominophen) dose should be as low as possible. Try to stay below 2000mg per day of acetominophen.
