6'1, 160 lb male. echo showed aorta root diameter of 32 mm. normal size? exercise heavily and regularly, can that cause aorta to enlarge?

Aorta : In general normal aorta won't progressively dilate from exercise alone. That said some inherited problems with the aorta are relatively silent and go undetected in families. Discussion with your doctor who knows your history can give input more specific to you.
