Walking 30 minutes : Walking 30 minutes per day will increase cardiac performance and stamina. Diets high in protein will support muscle and bone development during your training. Protein should be approximately 1 gram per kilo gram of body weight. If you weigh 70kg then minimum protein intake would be 70 grand per day. Up to 1.5 times body weight for a maximum protein intake. Water consumption is also encouraged .
