No: Sudafed and Mucinex (guaifenesin) D both have the same drug in them, so taking them both would may have you taking a higher dose than is healthy, especially if you have other conditions like high blood pressure. It wouldn’t be the best idea. The best bet, in future, is to look at the ingredient list on the backs of the boxes as a first step and make sure they do not have the same drug in them.
