i took advil migraine & mucinex (guaifenesin) 4 hours ago, can i take an aleve sinus now?

Mgt: I would suggest waiting another two hours before taking Aleve, since the side effects of both drugs is similar. If you experience prolonged cough, fever or respiratory distress, please see your PCP right away. Saline rinses may decrease post nasal drip and cough.
