Yes: Always best to ask your Ob about your specific situation. However, as a general rule: Mucinex (guaifenesin) D contains Guaifenesin and Pseudoephedrine. Guaifenesin is thought to be safe pregnancy. Pseudoephedrine is not recommended in the first trimester because of possible birth-defects related to its vasoconstrictive effects. Best wishes!
