It depends on what: you mean by diarrhea (true diarrhea is multiple loose, watery stools as opposed to just loose stool once/day). If it is true diarrhea, she may need stool cultures to rule out a parasitic or bacterial infection. Any fever? blood in stool?vomiting?history of travel?changes in diet?The rash may be part of a viral infection, reaction to food, or unrelated.Please discuss with her doctor.
